Fatty beef roll with oyster sauce
Overview
I tried it at Banzai Japanese Restaurant and copied it when I got home. The fat beef rolls I used were better than Banzai Japanese Restaurant, perfect.

Cut onions, green and red peppers, and garlic cloves into small cubes and roll them into fat beef rolls

Fry the rolled beef rolls until cooked, and place them one by one on the plate

Thicken the gravy with oyster sauce, black pepper and cornstarch

Pour it over the beef rolls
