Overview

Road-style applesauce. Steps: 1. Peel and core the apples. Soak in light salt water to avoid oxidation. 2. Add rock sugar, granulated sugar and lemon juice. Mix well and put in the refrigerator for 2 hours. 3. Pour into a casserole and simmer for two hours. When soft, add lemon peel. 4. Boil for half an hour to collect the juice. Add honey and white sugar and then reduce the heat. After cooling, put it in a sealed tube and refrigerate it. Because there are no preservatives, it is recommended to eat it within a week!
