Secret Chicken Wings
Overview
The advantage of chicken wings baked in an air fryer or oven is that no oil is required, and part of the fat in the chicken wings itself is filtered out, making the chicken wings crispy, tender, not greasy, and healthier. There is no need to defrost and marinate, so it is convenient and simple to make. The taste is not inferior to that of barbecue chicken wings.

Make three cuts on the front of the chicken wings and three on the back.

Use a wasabi board (wasabi board) to grind the garlic cloves into minced garlic and add to the chicken wings.

Add starch and mix well. The function of starch is to lock part of the oil and seasoning inside the chicken wings. If the chicken wings are baked without starch, they will be very dry and hard. They will have less oil than grilled chicken wings but will not taste good.
