Wash the spinach and cut it into thirds. Use a juicer to squeeze the juice from the root part (the water is in 120ml).

Pour the spinach juice into the bread machine, then pour in the dough ingredients, in order liquid-oil-sugar-flour-yeast powder, select the 10 dough button (my bread machine is ACA, AB-P10B), and that's it. The proportion of flour and water can be increased or decreased according to the actual situation.

After about 2 hours, my facial hair was ready.

Process the spinach. Chop remaining spinach and set aside.

Make puff pastry. Mix the ingredients of the pastry and knead it into a pastry. I forgot to measure the amount of oil. Add the oil slowly and knead it into a pastry. Don't add too much. I estimate that 3-6 tablespoons is about the same, just add more noodles if there is more oil.

Take the dough out of the bread machine, knead it well, and roll it into dough.

Wrap the bread with puff pastry and place the seam side down.

Press lightly with a rolling pin and roll into large pieces.

Fold both sides to the middle, then fold in half and roll out.

Rotate ninety degrees and repeat. This happened three times in total.

Finally roll it into a cake about 3cm thick, cut into four pieces and let it rest for 15 minutes.

Steam in a steamer for 15-20 minutes and remove from the pot. Cut into pieces when the cake is cool and serve.
