Strawberry Puffs
Overview
Puffs are a magical little snack. A ball of batter is baked into a hollow fluffy ball, which can be filled with a variety of fillings. It is very popular. Making puffs is simple. When visiting relatives and friends, you can bake a plate of puffs and take them as souvenirs. If you feel that this small ball is not beautiful enough, decorate it carefully and you can make a gorgeous appearance.

Put the sugar, salt, oil and water into a small pot and cook. Stir the ingredients evenly while cooking. When it boils, pour in the low flour and stir quickly until the powder and liquid are combined. Then remove from the heat.

Beat the egg mixture.

After the batter in the pan is slightly hotter than hand temperature, add a small amount of egg liquid. The oven can be preheated at this point.

Stir with chopsticks until the egg liquid is completely absorbed.

Add a small amount of egg liquid again and stir with chopsticks until absorbed.

Continue to add a small amount of egg liquid until the batter reaches the state shown in the picture.

Put the batter into a piping bag and pipe it onto the baking sheet, making sure to leave a gap in the middle.

Put it into the preheated oven and bake at 200 degrees for 15 minutes to expand and set, then lower the temperature to 180 degrees and continue cooking for 20-30 minutes before taking it out

Whip whipped cream with sugar

Cut strawberries lengthwise into 4-6 pieces

Use a knife to cut the puff in the middle

Pipe whipped cream into the hollow part of the puff

Place strawberries on top of the cream and cover with the other half of the puff

Glue the puffs into a tower shape with cream. Decorate with strawberries on top.
