It’s a nutritious and healthy home-cooked dish that you never get tired of eating. I got home late today and cooked two home-cooked side dishes. The whole family had a great time eating it. The dinner was lighter and not burdensome!

Prepare shredded pork with onions and ginger

Wash mushrooms and rapeseed and set aside

Saute onion, ginger and pepper in wok

Add the meat slices

Add mushrooms and stir-fry

Add the rapeseed and stir-fry, add some light soy sauce, and add vinegar before serving
