Fresh corn tortillas
Overview
Wash the fresh corn, 2 green onions, 2 eggs, an appropriate amount of thirteen spices and an appropriate amount of salt. Cut the corn into pieces with shredded potatoes and stir it into a slurry in a food processor. Add the eggs, green onions and thirteen spices. Stir well and heat the pot. Pour a small amount of oil and put corn syrup on it. Sprinkle the black sesame seeds and cover the lid for three minutes. Turn the pancake over for three minutes and take it out. It will be more delicious when hot!

Stir it with a food processor. I don’t have a blender at home, so I use a soymilk machine instead. Stir it and grind the corn finer. You can buy fresh corn syrup directly in many cities in the south.

This is what I made and it is particularly delicious. It is made with white sticky corn. The yellow color is better, not to mention the taste. Friends who like to eat fine grains can collect it. Whole grains can also be made into fine grains!
