Spicy Cumin Grilled Fish
Overview
Pollution-free, pure and natural Dalai Lake white fish is a great treasure in Hulunbuir, and is now worth as much as seafood. A body length of half a foot is very rare. The white fish dies immediately when it comes out of the water and its flesh is soft. I was lucky enough to receive white fish as a gift from a friend. One of them was nearly a foot long. It was really a treasure. Roast it for everyone to enjoy during the Chinese New Year. Seasoned with garlic sauce and cumin, it is extremely delicious.
