Spinach Steamed Buns
Overview
The leftover spinach paste from making spinach cakes was added with an appropriate amount of flour and made into dough to make spinach steamed buns. Although it is not very creative, it was just a way to eat steamed buns in a different way, which not only increased the food on the table, but also fully enjoyed the fun of the making process.

Add flour, yeast powder and spinach paste to form a dough

Hair until doubled in size

Deflate the dough, knead it evenly, and roll into 4 long strips

First press one by one counterclockwise
