Add a little sugar and an appropriate amount of yeast powder to warm water and mix to dissolve

Use the dissolved white sugar yeast water to knead the dough until it forms a floc!

Knead into dough

Knead the dough until smooth, cover it or wrap it with plastic wrap and let it rise for half an hour! You can knead it several times in between!

When the noodles are waking up, prepare the ingredients: chopped green onions, salt and thirteen spices. If you like spicy food, prepare some chili noodles!

Divide the dough into equal portions!

Sprinkle a thin layer of flour on the cutting board (to prevent sticking). Knead a piece of dough until smooth.

Use a rolling pin to roll out the dough, almost 3 cm thick!

Sprinkle the rolled out dough with chopped green onion, thirteen spices, and salt (if you like it spicy, you can add some chili powder) and spread evenly!

Roll up from one side

After rolling it up, hold the two ends with both hands and twist it as shown in the picture!

Twist it and stand it up, then flatten it with your hands! Into cake shape!

Use a rolling pin to roll it into a cake, leave it for 5 minutes, and let it rise again!

Place on a baking pan or pan and cook until one side becomes charred, flip over and cook again!

Turn it over, the other side is ready, cover it for a while! It’s ready to go! (It takes about 5 minutes to bake one)
