1. 1 Prepare the necessary ingredients and tools

   

2. 2 Wash the filter paper with hot water and warm the cup

   

3. 3 Pour 8 grams of coffee powder evenly into the filter paper

   

4. 4 Add 50ml pure hot water and steam for 30s

   

5. 5 Continue to add pure hot water until 60ml of coffee liquid is extracted, the extraction time is 1 minute and 10 seconds

   

6. 6 Pour the prepared white sugar into the glass

   

7. 7 Use equipment to make 130ml milk into milk foam

   

8. 8 Use a spoon to cover the milk froth and let the warm milk at the bottom pour into the glass filled with sugar

   

9. 9 Use a spoon to stir the milk and sugar thoroughly

   

10. 10 Use a spoon to pour the milk froth into the glass, about 1/4 cup

    

11. 11 Tilt the glass greatly and slowly pour the coffee liquid you just extracted along the wall of the cup
