  1. Wash the turbot, put it on a plate, sprinkle with salt to taste

  2. Shred ginger, shred chives and set aside

  3. Put sugar, oyster sauce and light soy sauce in a bowl and mix thoroughly and set aside

  4. Spread the shredded ginger and seasoning evenly on the fish, bring to a boil and steam for 6 minutes
