I saw this dish was good and decided to try it. It's really good, the vegetables are salty and crunchy. Stir-fry it again and it will taste delicious

Wash the rapeseed

Marinate with salt for three to four hours. Just marinate a little more. After marinating, add soup everywhere and taste the taste. If it is too salty, there is no need to add salt when frying later. Otherwise, add some salt.

Put oil in the pot, add dried chili segments and sauté until fragrant. Pour in the rapeseed and five-spice tofu slices (added temporarily), stir-fry for a minute or two, and remove from the pan. Very nice little pickles.
