  1. Prepare the ingredients (carrots bought on the roadside feel very fresh).

  2. Put water in the pot and cover the large bones with water.

  3. Put water, large bones, and ginger slices into a casserole, bring to a boil over high heat, and simmer over low heat for 1 hour.
