Fried Chicken Nuggets
Overview
Soft potatoes, fresh green beans, sweet and sour tomatoes, and chewy old hen nuggets, mixed together, you have me, and I have you, and it tastes full of flavor. When you don’t want to cook too many dishes, you can try making this garden stir-fried chicken nuggets, it is very delicious.

Peel and cut potatoes into cubes, set aside.

Soak tomatoes in hot water, peel, cut into pieces, and set aside.

Tear off 2 sides of the green beans, break into several sections, blanch and wring out the water and set aside.

Wash the chicken pieces, add ginger slices and blanch them in water, then wash them several times to remove the turbid blood.

Add appropriate amount of salt, peanut oil, 2 tablespoons of soy sauce, 2 tablespoons of cooking wine and garlic to the chicken pieces, mix and marinate for 20 minutes.

Put the potato cubes into a frying pan with oil and fry until golden brown on both sides.

Add peanut oil to the pan, add chicken pieces and stir-fry for a few minutes.

Add potato cubes and stir-fry.

Finally, add the tomatoes and stir-fry, add the remaining juice from the chicken pieces, simmer over medium heat for 30 minutes, add the green beans and simmer for an additional 5 minutes before removing from the pan. Then turn off the heat.
