  1. Peel and cut potatoes into cubes, set aside.

  2. Soak tomatoes in hot water, peel, cut into pieces, and set aside.

  3. Tear off 2 sides of the green beans, break into several sections, blanch and wring out the water and set aside.

  4. Wash the chicken pieces, add ginger slices and blanch them in water, then wash them several times to remove the turbid blood.

  5. Add appropriate amount of salt, peanut oil, 2 tablespoons of soy sauce, 2 tablespoons of cooking wine and garlic to the chicken pieces, mix and marinate for 20 minutes.

  9. Finally, add the tomatoes and stir-fry, add the remaining juice from the chicken pieces, simmer over medium heat for 30 minutes, add the green beans and simmer for an additional 5 minutes before removing from the pan. Then turn off the heat.
