Sour water spinach
Overview
Summer is here, and people in Guangxi like to eat sour water spinach and polenta together. Even the breakfast noodles are indispensable with the addition of sour water spinach. Usually at home, even if I don’t cook porridge or noodles, my mouth will crave sour food in hot weather, and sour water spinach is one of them.
