Peanut Walnut Dew
Overview
After my wife gave birth to a baby, she wanted to drink more soup to help secrete breast milk, but she didn't like to drink meat soups such as pig's trotter soup. After thinking about it, she thought it would be good to make walnut soup. Just in time for the fresh peanuts to arrive at home, we made this peanut walnut dew together! It tastes much better than six or eight walnuts, and it’s also purely natural!

Steps
-
Take the walnut kernels of 4 walnuts, wrap them up and soak them the night before. Freshly peeled walnut kernels are best if you have them!
-
For the peanuts, I used fresh flowers that were newly produced at home this year. About a handful is enough. For dried peanuts, soak them overnight with walnut kernels.
-
Put the soaked peanuts and walnuts into a food processor and add water. Beat for about 30 seconds, pause, and then beat again.
-
After filtering with a fine mesh, pour the residue back into the food processor and repeat step 3, using half the amount of water and doubling the time.
-
This is the result of beating three times. At this time, the dregs are already very fine and will not affect the taste. Put them into the walnut juice together.
-
Pour into the pot, add an appropriate amount of sugar, and heat over medium heat while stirring. When foaming slightly, turn down the heat until it boils and turn off the heat.
-
The fragrant and delicious walnut sauce is ready! The color of the cooked walnut juice will become darker. Later, I added hot water directly to the food processor and drank it after beating. The color did not change.
