I bought the lamb chops in a box, so I woke them up a few times after defrosting them and discarded the blood.

tablespoons of starch, 2 tablespoons of oil, 1 tablespoon of light soy sauce, stir into paste.

Spread evenly on the lamb chops, stir evenly with the onions, mix and marinate, and refrigerate for 2 hours.

Wrap it in tin foil, don't press the edges, just lay it flat, and bake at 200 degrees for 50 minutes.

Remove the tin foil, turn over and bake for another 20 minutes. Leave the last 5 minutes to sprinkle with cumin barbecue powder and bake for another 5 minutes.

When it came out of the pan, I didn't sprinkle any seasoning. I thought the saltiness of the oil was really good.
