Clean the pork chops and drain

Soak the pork ribs with cooking wine and ginger slices for 20 minutes. Add soy sauce, salt, pepper and water to the flour to make a fried batter

Add soybean oil to the wok and heat until 6-70% hot

Dip the spareribs into the fried batter

The spareribs are deep fried in turn

Fry until the outside is brown and ready to serve
