Pickled radish flowers
Overview
Pickled radish blossoms are a cold appetizer made by cutting daikon radish into a mesh shape with a vegetable cutter, then pickling and arranging it on the plate. Eating and viewing are combined into one. Even if guests come to the house, serving a plate of pickled radish flowers will always be praised. Give it a try!

Wash the white radish and cut out the middle section.

Cut into mesh shapes with a vegetable cutter.

Add appropriate amount of salt and marinate for 10 minutes to remove the water from the radish

Rinse with clean water to remove the spiciness from the radish.

Then squeeze it dry.

Add appropriate amount of fresh soy sauce.

Mix it well and marinate for 5 minutes.

Arrange them layer by layer on the plate to look like flowers.

Garnish with coriander leaves and serve.
