Wash the lemon, dry it and use a peeler to peel off the lemon peel and set aside

Use a juicer to squeeze out the juice and pulp from the lemons and remove the seeds. Put the previously prepared lemon peel into a Tupperware slim pot, put the rock sugar on top of the lemon peel, pour in white vinegar, just enough to cover the rock sugar, and finally add the squeezed lemon juice and lemon pulp into the slim pot.

Put it in the refrigerator and drink it after seven days.
