Sausage Yam Rolls
Overview
Today I’ll make another New Year’s dish using Hormel Classic Sausage. Use sausage, yam and louver together, put it in the pot and steam it. It is nutritious and healthy. It is a beautiful dish for the Spring Festival family banquet.

Prepare materials.

The sausage is also cut into small strips.

Cut the yam into small strips and soak in cold water.

Cut the louver into segments, slightly smaller in width than yams and sausages.

Take a yam strip and a sausage strip to form a group, and roll them up with a venetian wrapper.

Place the prepared sausage and yam rolls on a plate.

Place on a plate, add scallions, drizzle with a little cooking wine, and steam over medium-high heat for about 8 minutes.

Put a little light soy sauce, chicken essence and water starch into the pot to thicken it into a thick sauce.
