Dice ham, onions, and carrots separately.

Blanch diced onions and carrots in hot water, cool and set aside.

Beat the eggs into egg liquid.

Put the flour in a bowl, add milk and eggs to make a thin paste. Add diced onions, diced carrots, diced sausages, salt, chicken essence, and pepper and stir evenly.
