Stir-fried Pork with Preserved Vegetables

When I was young, stir-fried pork with preserved vegetables was a meat dish. It was the dish we looked forward to the most, and I still make it often.

Wash the preserved vegetables and cut into small pieces

Cut the garlic sprouts into sections, mince the preserved vegetables, cut the lean meat into small pieces and add vegetable oil and cornstarch

Fry the meat first

After the meat changes color, add the preserved vegetables and stir-fry together.

Add some water, cover and cook until the juice is reduced

Add the garlic sprouts and stir-fry, then add some light soy sauce and stir-fry

Fry until the edges of the garlic sprouts are soft and the aroma is strong

Put it on the plate and start the meal.
