【Light Buttered Toast】No butter, it’s as soft as clouds!
Overview
There is a kind of luxury called - being able to do it yourself^_^! Do you feel the same way? There is no drop of butter in the ingredients of this toast, but it is full of milky flavor when baked, and the internal tissue is delicate and soft, and the aroma is even stronger the next day... When making toast recently, I knead the dough before sending my son to kindergarten. After sending my son to buy groceries, it is fermented just right... Regarding the issue of glove film, the light cream itself contains a certain amount of fat, and without the addition of butter, you can still easily get a large, strong film; if you want to make toast that satisfies you, in addition to the perfect formula, kneading out a qualified glove film is a must.

-
Knead into smooth dough (8~10 minutes)
-
Let it rise in a warm place until it is 2.5 times the size (add 45-degree warm water to the rice cooker and put the dough into it. When the temperature is low, change the hot water and keep the fermentation at constant temperature for about 60 minutes. This can also be done to make steamed buns in winter)

Place neatly in the toast mold, then place in a warm place to rise until 8 minutes full (set the oven to fermentation function, add warm water to the baking sheet to keep it moist)
-
When it's fermented, take it out and brush it with a little egg wash
-
Preheat the oven to 180 degrees, and use a baking mesh on the bottom layer for 40 minutes (it needs to be covered with tin foil after 8 to 10 minutes of coloring). Immediately after baking, remove from the mold, let it dry to hand temperature, then wrap it in a plastic bag, and the taste will be softer
