Fatty beef and chrysanthemum soup noodles
Overview
As the temperature drops, hotpot becomes more popular. I ate the leftover beef slices and chrysanthemum from the hot pot and made this fat beef and chrysanthemum soup noodles. No condiments are added, but it's still very delicious. And it’s a combination of protein, vitamins, and carbohydrates.

Add beef slices and pepper and mix well

Add cooking wine and mix well

Wash the chrysanthemum stems (the leaves are destroyed by shabu-shabu shabu-shabu)

Cut chrysanthemum into sections

Add appropriate amount of water to the pot and bring to a boil, add noodles and cook, stirring regularly

Cook noodles until 8 minutes cooked, add chrysanthemum chrysanthemi to pot and cook together

Add salt and mix well
