  1. Onion minced

  2. Chop the fresh shiitake mushrooms into pieces. I used this instead of the dried ones at home. The dried ones will be more fragrant

  3. Chop the three layers of meat into puree and mince the green onion

  4. Wash and chop the seaweed, otherwise it will be wrapped in strips. There will be water after washing the seaweed, so be sure to drain it

  5. Fry the minced onions, shiitake mushrooms, and chopped green onions with more oil, so that the steamed buns will have a green onion aroma

  6. Stir all the raw materials and seasonings together. The amount of seasonings depends on your taste

  7. All the stuffing mixed together looks delicious!
