Fried noodles with eggs

Since we are going to use tomatoes to make sauce, we have to choose tomatoes that are ripe and soft so that they can be fried a little

Slice onions, green peppers, and red peppers; beat eggs and stir-fry until cooked; dice tomatoes.

After the oil is hot in the pot, add diced tomatoes, stir-fry over low heat and crush the persimmons with a shovel, wait until the persimmons are pureed and then take them out.

Boil the noodles until they are medium cooked, just a little bit hard. If they are cooked and then stir-fried, they will be too soft. Place them in cold water and drain them to control the water.

Heat the oil and sauté the onions until soft, add shredded green and red peppers, stir-fry a little, add the previously scrambled eggs and noodles, stir well and then pour in the tomato sauce.
