I like leeks very much, and I also love roasted leeks. However, if you don’t have an oven or other baking utensils, you can just fry them in a pan, which is just as good

Prepare the leeks (it’s best to choose thicker ones)

Wash and cut off any leaves that are too long

Add lard, add leeks and press until soft, add salt, soy sauce and smear with soy sauce and turn over. Don't stir too much, be careful not to mess it up. When cooked, sprinkle with five-spice powder (chili powder) or other spices
