Cold noodles
Overview
It's hot now, and sometimes I don't like to cook, so I will choose to use ready-to-eat convenience food. But instead of just brewing it and leaving it alone, I always add some tricks to ensure the taste and increase nutrition. For breakfast today, I used ready-made instant noodles to make a bowl of 5-minute dough, which was very appetizing. I think it is very good as an appetizer. It is simple and easy to make. You don’t have to sweat on the stove. It can be completed in 5 minutes. It makes you feel full and very comfortable.

I used a package of instant dough.

One package of soaked and ready-to-eat dough is enough for a person with a moderate appetite. With the addition of vegetables, eggs, etc., it will make you full. Soak the dough in boiling water. Freshly boiled water is better. Just soak it for five minutes. You can stir it in the middle to make sure there is no sticking.
-
While the noodles are soaking, beat the eggs and fry them in a pan to form an omelette. Take the fried omelette out and cut it into thin strips and set aside.
-
Wash the cucumber, rub it into shreds, add the ingredients package, vinegar package and oil package in the dough and mix well. If you eat the dough alone, it will be a bit salty with all the seasonings. Let's mix it with a cucumber and an egg and it will be just right.

Then add the cut egg strips, mix well and set aside.
-
After the dough is soaked, directly scoop in the soaked dough. Soak the dough in boiling water for 5 minutes. If you want a slightly softer texture, you can soak it for 2 more minutes.

Finally mix all the ingredients well. How's it going? Doesn't it look very appetizing? A portion in the summer is better than any takeout.
