I have made this recipe several times in a row, and it has never failed. The slightly crispy outer skin is covered with a lot of cream. It is definitely a temptation for those who love cream!

  1. Get the ingredients ready.

  2. Boil water, sugar, and butter together until the butter melts.

  3. Turn off the heat and add the flour.

  5. Beat the eggs.

  7. Add to the batter in 2 to 3 batches

  9. The completely mixed batter can be hung on a spatula to form a triangle.

  12. Preheat the oven to 210 degrees for 15 minutes on the middle shelf. After the puffs have puffed up, change to 180 degrees and bake for about 20 minutes.
