Cream Puffs
Overview
I have made this recipe several times in a row, and it has never failed. The slightly crispy outer skin is covered with a lot of cream. It is definitely a temptation for those who love cream!

Get the ingredients ready.

Boil water, sugar, and butter together until the butter melts.

Turn off the heat and add the flour.

Mix well.

Beat the eggs.

Beat well.

Add to the batter in 2 to 3 batches

Add the egg liquid again after mixing well each time.

The completely mixed batter can be hung on a spatula to form a triangle.

Spoon a little onto the baking sheet.

Leave some air strikes in between.

Preheat the oven to 210 degrees for 15 minutes on the middle shelf. After the puffs have puffed up, change to 180 degrees and bake for about 20 minutes.

Whip the light cream with appropriate amount of sugar.

Then cut the middle of the puff and fill it with whipped cream.
