  1. Cut off all four sides of the toast

  2. Beat the light cream and sugar until it reaches 7 minutes, scoop out half and set aside, and continue to beat the remaining part until it reaches 9 minutes.

  3. Take 2 strawberries and dice them

  4. Put cream on toast and roll up diced strawberries.

  5. Wrap in plastic wrap

  6. Refrigerate for 15 minutes

  7. Take out the rolls and place them on a plate. Spoon a spoonful of whipped cream onto the top of the rolls, then place the whole strawberries on top.
