Braised Pork Bones in Milk
Overview
I wanted to drink milk and cabbage soup temporarily, but the ingredients did not come with the conventional combination (pork belly + chicken feet) or (crucian carp + chicken feet), so I temporarily used ready-made pork bones + seafood instead, which was also good.

Steps
-
Wash the pork bones, rinse with salt and then rinse. (Or burn it with water)
-
Wash the cabbage and soak in water.
-
Add the cold water to the pork bones, oysters, carrots, and candied dates and bring to a boil, then put the lid on the pot. (Candied dates are used to increase the concentration and sweetness of the soup, but my family doesn’t like to use them)
-
After an hour of intense heat, the soup turns white. (If the water is low, you must add boiling water)
-
Drain the cabbage and add it to the soup. (My family likes many plants, and this is one and a half pounds of vegetables)
-
After about 15 minutes, the soup will have a vegetable flavor.
-
Just add salt. (Try not to cook again after adding salt)
