Overview
Lettuce is a southern dish that we had never seen when we were young. In recent years, with the development of logistics, lettuce has entered the dining tables of Northeastern people. But people in the Northeast don't really recognize this southern dish, and they don't know how to eat it if they occasionally buy it.
