AD calcium milk oatmeal soda cookies
Overview
Even though I have tried various sweet and sour flavors, I finally found that my favorite is this authentic, simple taste that is closest to my heart. Just like the taste of this sugar and coarse grain biscuit. With the addition of oatmeal powder, there is a touch of simplicity in the authenticity, the fragrance of oats, and the fragrance of ad calcium milk are endless aftertaste. I have a close connection with oats by nature, so I was very creative and chose to add nutritious and healthy bran into the biscuits. Combining the seemingly incongruous food together, I also tasted another kind of fun.

After forming the dough, cover it with plastic wrap and let it rest for half an hour
-
Then roll it into a 0.5CM thick sheet
-
Cut into small pieces that are 4CM long and 2.5CM wide, and use chopsticks to pierce the eyes to remove air (the length is not absolute, it can also be the right size)
-
Then sprinkle with coarse sugar

-
Preheat the oven for ten minutes and bake at 180℃ for 20 minutes
