Steak Wellington
Overview
I watched the Wellington steak made by Michelin chef Lu Yuan in the TV series "Mr. Good" and always wanted to try it. I made the Wellington steak for my dear family today on Chinese Valentine's Day. The steak was fried over high heat and the juice was tightly locked in. The outside was wrapped in puff pastry. After being baked in the oven, the steak was crispy on the outside and tender and delicious.
