Vermicelli cabbage
Overview
A dish made by the cabbage gang. The pink skin is soft and tough. The cabbage is slightly spicy on the outside and juicy on the inside.

Ingredients: chopped cabbage, vermicelli (soaked in water and then blanched in hot water), chopped green onion and minced garlic.

Turn on the heat, add an appropriate amount of oil to the pot, add dried chili pepper when the oil is hot, and stir-fry.

When the spiciness develops, add chopped green onion and minced garlic.

When the chopped green onions and minced garlic are fragrant, add the cabbage.

After stir-frying evenly, add light soy sauce, a small amount of salt and pepper powder, and stir-fry.

When the cabbage is 7 or 8 years old, add the vermicelli.

Add some salt, stir-fry evenly and turn off the heat.
