Rose cake
Overview
After making the rose filling, I decided to make a rose cake first. Rose cakes are usually made of puff pastry, but puff pastry is strictly prohibited because this layer of puff pastry is usually peeled off and thrown away. Let's change some clothes for Rose.

Prepare materials

Pour eggs and sugar together and beat until milky white

Add honey, baking soda, and water in turn and stir evenly

Add oil and mix thoroughly until emulsified

Make the dough into a soft and hard dough

Divide the dough and filling into 10 equal parts

Take a piece of dough, press it into an oblate shape with a thick middle, and add the filling

Wrap it up and seal it tightly

Pat into round cakes

Arrange them one by one on the baking tray, brush the surface with egg wash, and let dry for a while

Place in oven, middle rack. Bake at 200 degrees for 5 minutes. After setting, bake for another 10-15 minutes
