One large peeled potato

Kitchen utensils used to rub large potatoes and grate the silk. The silk that comes out of this kind of grating is pureed, but mixed with some fine silk.

The frying pan was heated and rubbed directly into the pan. No oil was added or any condiments were added. They were pure potato pancakes. When they were almost ready, some sesame oil was added and they were fried for a while to get brown.
