Stir-fried bacon with snow peas

Remove the heads of the snow peas and wash them. Put water in a pot and bring to a boil. Pour in the washed snow peas and cook for seven or eight minutes. Remove and drain and set aside

Wash and cut green peppers, cut bacon into thin slices and set aside

Put a little cooking oil in the pot, heat it up to 60%, put the bacon in the pot and fry until almost all the oil comes out of the bacon (if you like fatty meat, just fry until the bacon is transparent)
