Overview
Pleurotus eryngii is a large white mushroom with very delicious meat. I went to a restaurant to eat the oyster mushroom in sauce and it was delicious. I studied it when I got home and found that it tasted good too.

Slice the king oyster mushrooms and then cut into small pieces. Cross the knife over it. Pour in 6 tablespoons of light soy sauce, which can also be replaced with a very fresh flavor.
