Refreshing steamed vegetables
Overview
A refreshing side dish in winter! When making dumplings stuffed with celery and meat, the celery you bought is very tender and you don’t want to throw away the leaves, so use it to make a light steamed dish! Because I don’t like chili, I didn’t put it in! Friends who like spicy food can add chili oil in the last step!

Ingredients
Steps
-
Wash the picked celery leaves and drain them, but don't let them dry too much. A little water on the leaves can make the flour better adhere to the celery leaves.
-
Mix the flour on the vegetable leaves. The amount of flour depends on personal preference.
-
Place the flour-mixed vegetable leaves on the steamer and spread them out evenly. Steam until the water boils, turn off the heat 3 minutes later, and simmer for 1 minute.
-
During the steaming process, chop the onions, ginger and garlic.
-
Put the chopped green onion, minced ginger, and minced garlic into a small bowl, add balsamic vinegar, light soy sauce, salt, a little warm water, and sesame oil, and set aside.
-
Take out the steamed celery leaves and place them on a plate.
-
Pour the prepared soup evenly into the plate, mix well, and a refreshing steamed dish is ready!
