Sweet and sour lucky fish

I received the Heinz tomato juice that I applied for trial a while ago. Since I have been busy with work, I only have time to post the pictures now. I hope everyone likes this sweet and sour Fushou fish dish! I wish you all good luck every year!

Wash the killed Fushou fish, marinate it with salt for half an hour, pat both sides with a thin layer of flour, and fry until both sides are golden brown.

Cut tomatoes into cubes and set aside. (Can be peeled)

Pour a little oil into the pan, add tomatoes and stir-fry.

Add appropriate amount of Heinz tomato sauce and stir-fry evenly.

Then add sugar, salt, and appropriate amount of water

Put the fried Fushou fish into the pot, turn down the heat and simmer for 10 minutes (flip the fish after about 5 minutes so that both sides can absorb the flavor).
