First time decorating cake

It’s my first time decorating flowers. Although it’s not pretty, I’m very happy!

Cut the cake into four slices (I cut it crookedly)

Whip the whipping cream with 10% powdered sugar, place a piece of cake on the plate, and spread a cup of whipping cream

Spread another layer of mango slices

Spread cream on mango slices

Place another piece of cake and spread a layer of cream

Spread a layer of mulberry sauce and then a layer of cream

Place another piece of cake and spread a layer of cream

Use a piping nozzle to extrude the flower shape on top of the cream (this is my first time squeezing, I still learned while watching bilibili videos, my hands were a little shaky when squeezing out, and the shape was a bit ugly)

For the flower shape in the picture above, stop squeezing until the cream is gone and start adding mango slices. Place the mango slices in the blank space and you’re done! There is no turntable or spatula, so I just use a spoon to spread the cream. Although it is not pretty, it tastes good.
