Homemade yogurt
Overview
Yogurt has a sweet and sour taste, is rich in nutrients, and can regulate the balance of microorganisms in the body. Yogurt not only retains all the advantages of milk, but also makes the protein form tiny milk lumps. The calcium lactate produced by the combination of lactic acid and calcium is easier to digest and absorb.

Prepare 1 pack of yogurt culture and 1000ml of fresh milk.

Wash the yogurt pot and chopsticks and sterilize them with boiling water.

Pour in some milk first, add the culture and stir evenly.

Pour in all the remaining milk and stir evenly. Put the blended milk into the yogurt maker.

Cover the container, turn on the yogurt machine, and ferment for 8-10 hours.

Open it and see if it looks like tofu curd, milky white and viscous. Take it out and let it cool, then put it in the refrigerator.

You can add fruits according to your preference when eating. You can also add sugar or honey in appropriate amounts.
