Ingredients
Steps
-
Pumpkins, potatoes, carrots, onions, all cleaned and cut into cubes
-
Prepare butter and chicken (forgive me, this is the leftover chicken from yesterday’s meal. I put it to good use, so there is chicken in this soup)
-
Stir-fry: Heat butter over low heat until melted, add onions, potatoes, and chicken, mainly stir-fry to bring out the aroma of onions and chicken.
-
I stewed it in a stew pot. I was too lazy to wash the pot, so I fried it directly in the stew pot. By the way, when fried in butter, it smells fragrant and milky
-
Stew: Add a small amount of water (just enough to cover the vegetables in the pot) and stew. I used a stewing pot. After it boiled, I put it away and simmered it. I went to bed. If you use stew, it is recommended to boil it and simmer it on low heat for about an hour, as long as the potatoes are soft
-
Prepare the puree: Get up early in the morning, put the pumpkin and diced carrots into the soymilk machine, add a small amount of water (the soymilk machine cannot stir without water), and use the eight-treasure rice cereal setting.
-
The soy milk machine heats and stirs, and you can wash yourself. After a while, there will be pumpkin and carrot paste.
-
Add the pumpkin and carrot puree to the stew pot and cook
-
Add pure milk, appropriate amount of salt and black pepper to taste. As usual, boil it and simmer it aside before going to work.
-
When I got home from get off work at noon, I turned on the pot and it was still hot. "Feng Prison Phoenix" thick soup is fragrant with milk, salty and sweet. It’s getting cooler today, so let’s have two bowls to warm up your body and mind.
