Green pepper sausage cake

There are a lot of steamed buns and noodles. I happen to have green peppers and sausages at home. Let’s bake some pancakes!

Two green peppers and three sausages. Add vegetable oil, salt, thirteen spices, chicken essence, mix well and set aside. I chose green peppers that are tender and not too spicy.

Roll out the dough and set aside

Just like making buns, pinch the pleats to seal them, and slowly flatten them with your hands with the pleats facing down.

Heat the pancake pan, add oil, put the pancake on it and wait until both sides are golden brown!
