Overview
I used to soak the rice and beat it into a pulp according to other recipes. I guess it's because I haven't used the juicer for a long time and I didn't tighten the lid tightly, so all the pulp flowed out and almost destroyed the juicer. Later, I saw that it was made with rice flour, and I excitedly ran to the supermarket to buy it. When I asked to buy rice flour, I said there was no rice flour, but in the end, I was still in a small store. The salesperson said that the rice flour is actually the sticky rice flour sold in the supermarket. I took it home and made it successfully with the mentality of giving it a try. Last time, I took a picture of the finished product. I was bored today and thought that I still had some unused rice flour that I bought before, so I stopped by and posted a post. Those who like sweeter things, just add more rock sugar

Have all materials ready

Choose the size of rock sugar according to your personal taste, put it into boiling water and melt it into rock sugar water

Add sifted rice flour to the melted rock sugar water (the amount of rice flour depends on the container and personal taste. Because my steamer has not been used for a long time, I use a regular wok to steam it. The wok can only hold a small plate. In this recipe, I added 6⃣️ spoons of rice flour that I usually use with a normal rice spoon)

Mix rock sugar water and rice flour into a slurry

Pour into suitable container. Let me explain here: for the first time, I also poured the slurry into the silicone grinding tool according to other recipes. One was thinking about the beauty of the finished product, and the other was thinking about being convenient to eat. The result may be a problem with my pot. The surface and bottom of the steamed finished product were cooked, but the big lump in the middle was still lumpy. So I suddenly had the idea to buy a tray for steaming, and the second time I used the tray, the finished product was very successful.
