Stir-fried green beans

My husband doesn’t like many dishes, but he likes beans. I’ve also tried my best to make many flavors, and this is his favorite. Take it out and share it!

Select the beans, wash them and break them into small pieces with your hands. Chop onion, ginger, garlic and jasmine.

Heat the oil in the wok (more oil than usual for cooking), add the beans and stir-fry until the surface of the beans becomes wrinkled, set aside. Leave a little oil in the pot, fry the dried chilies and Sichuan peppercorns over low heat until fragrant.

Add onion, ginger, garlic and jasmine and stir-fry until fragrant.

Add the beans, add salt and stir-fry quickly, then add soy sauce and stir-fry until brown.

Turn off the heat, add chicken essence and stir well and it’s ready to serve!
