Two-color sago cake
Overview
The weather is very hot, so I want to eat something cool and icy. It seems that when something becomes transparent, it will give people a cool feeling. It is very reliable to use it to fool yourself... After making crystal rice dumplings during the Dragon Boat Festival, there was a bag of sago left. I didn’t want to make sago dew mainly because it was troublesome to cook and had to be simmered, so I simply made one or two sago cakes for everyone to share, and added walnut juice to make it more fragrant~ Oh, by the way, the styling is as simple as it gets, adding a little bit of cherry blossoms would also be great~ It’s not just me who was fooled, everyone who brought it to the office loved it!

Ingredients
Steps
-
First make the lower opaque layer, take two tablespoons of sago
-
Then pour in half the box of walnut juice and soak overnight
-
When you wake up in the morning, you will find that it is basically dry, so you are smart and pour in the remaining half
-
Then don't be polite and stir it vigorously with a spoon until most of it is broken
-
Then there is a transparent layer, 1 tablespoon of sago is soaked in water overnight, and minced in the same way
-
Find a heat-resistant crisper, line it with a layer of oil paper, and pour in the walnut and sago layer
-
Steam for about ten minutes until the surface solidifies
-
Then pour the transparent sago layer on top, put on the salted cherry blossoms that have been soaked and desalted to decorate, and then steam it in a pot. It’s better to be longer than shorter. I used it for half an hour, and it’s ready when the surface is transparent~
